For the 2025-26 Financial Year, Newquay Town Council will have two gateway windows for organisations to apply for a grant for their project or event.
First Gateway Window – June 2025 – NOW CLOSED
The opening date for the first available grant gateway window will be on June 01. Applications will be able to be submitted between 01 and 23 June. Applications will be processed after the gateway window is closed. Successful applications will then be put to the respective Committee meeting. Committee(s) will review the relevant applications post-officer review.

FUNDING ALLOCATION IN THE FIRST GATEWAY:
All grant applications will be considered against the criteria outlined in the Town Council’s Grant Policy. Please read through policy to make sure your project is eligible and submit your application along with all required documents by 23 June. Uncompleted applications will not be considered.
Applicants will be advised which Committee meeting will be considering the grant request upon review of their application. If their fundinmailto:corporateservice@newquay.gov.ukg request is over £1000.00, applicants will be required to provide a 15-minute presentation ahead of the Committee meeting considering the request.
