The Central & Pentire Ward covers one of Newquay’s most recognisable and diverse areas, combining the vibrant town centre with the distinctive coastal character of Pentire. This ward includes key community spaces, residential neighbourhoods, local businesses and several important locations regularly involved in Council planning and decision‑making. It is represented by elected Town Councillors who work with residents, partners and Council services to support local priorities, respond to planning matters, and ensure the ward continues to thrive.
