Newquay Town Council currently owns two public car parks, one at the Gannel and another at South Fistral, as well as two private car parks, on at the Municipal Offices on Marcus Hill and another at the Mount Wise Centre.

These locations are all under a Parking Order, which Newquay Town Council outsources the management of to Cornwall Council, who further ensure the car parks are used for their intended purposes and act where required.
In some instances Cornwall Council may issue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) on behalf of Newquay Town Council.
Please note, Newquay Town Council operates an ‘exemption scheme’ in line with the National Blue Badge Scheme. Cornwall Council are the authority who manage the scheme throughout Cornwall.

This ticket does not guarantee you a space. It isn’t a rover ticket and can only be used in this car park.
Annual Pass Tariff: £337.50 annual for first permit, £450 annual for second and subsequent permits per household or business.

Blue badge holders must pay the normal parking fee unless:
Blue badge holders paying a parking fee in a Pay and Display car park automatically get one extra hour of free parking. For example, if you correctly display a blue badge and pay for 2 hours, you can park for 3 hours.
